Java & Juice

I have always been a coffee drinker.  Since my wife, Michele, was not a coffee consumer we didn't hit the coffee shops regularly but I enjoyed my multiple cups a day regardless.  I am one of those people who *need* my coffee and typically have one in hand.
I became vegetarian in 2017 after watching a few health documentaries, completing a juice cleanse and making a decision to support Michele's mission to eat clean and cause less harm.  It has been a great decision!

I was a vegetarian for over 30 years and then became vegan.   I personally want to live a life causing the least amount of harm to all living creatures and our environment.  Healthy foods saved my life (literally, but another story) and bringing healthy food to the public makes my heart very happy!  I believe that food is medicine and by eating and drinking better each day many common illnesses and diseases can be prevented and reversed (to which I am proof).  I am a health coach and educator and love to talk nutrition and raise awareness.
